Meet Our Support Staff

Carissa graduated from Alfred State College with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 2010. She has been practicing as a licensed veterinary technician since.

Jett is a born and raised Ithaca native. He attended Tompkins Cortland Community College and received his Associates in Applied Science for Early Childhood Education.

Born in Buffalo, Sarah is a long-time vegetarian who has loved animals her whole life. After working as a Veterinary Technician for 3 years, she pursued a 10-year career in baking.

Hailey is a veterinary assistant and dog enthusiast who lives in Watkins Glen with her boyfriend Tom, their 6 dogs named Zoe, Maverick, Lucca, Asher, Gouda, and Ziti, 1 cat named Jagr, and 2 Axolotls named Scunner and Medusa and 2 rabbits named Sprout and Jelly Bean.

Kaylee is a veterinary assistant, with a goal to become a licensed veterinary technician. She has always had a love for animals and began her animal career at a kennel, quickly advancing to a veterinary clinic.
