Requirements

Scheduling Fee

• For new clients, we collect a scheduling fee of $74 to reserve your appointment time.
  • The fee applies to both cats and dogs.
  • It can be applied to cover the exam fee at the time of the appointment.
  • The scheduling fee is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice of the scheduled appointment time.

Pet Records

• To provide the best care for your pet(s), we require your pet's previous veterinary records before scheduling your appointment.
• This is to ensure the time allotted for the appointment is sufficient for your individual pet's needs.
