Born in Buffalo, Sarah is a long-time vegetarian who has loved animals her whole life. After working as a Veterinary Technician for 3 years, she pursued a 10-year career in baking.
When she is not in the kitchen making scones, sourdough bread, and cookies, she’s hiking with her husband and rescue dog Riley, tending to her many houseplants, practicing yoga, or wine tasting throughout the Finger Lakes.
